Bollywood – 12 Unsuccessful Star Kids Even Nepotism Couldn’t Help Them

The sudden demise of Sushant Singh Rajput raised eyebrows on how much the Bollywood industry is dominated by nepotism. The kids of Bollywood are born with a silver spoon as it ensures them a ticket straight into an A-list movie. While few of them excelled and experienced fame, but most of them failed despite various attempts, couldn’t create a niche for themselves. Here is a list of celebrity kids whom even nepotism couldn’t get them success in the bollywood:

1.Tanisha Mukherji

Tanisha is the daughter of superstar Tanuja and the sister of the most talented bollywood actress Kajol, but this couldn’t save her from a failing career. Her selection of movies nosedived her career before even beginning. She has worked in awful movies like Neil N Nikki, Tango Charlie, Sssshhh and many more. Now, she is only remembered as an ex Bigg Boss contestant and that too because of her cheap thrills with Arman Kohli.

2. Uday Chopra

Despite belonging to “The Chopra” family no miracle could save him. In his debut film, Mohabbatein, he still impressed the audience somewhat, but after a few mediocre performances like Mere yaar Ki Shaadi hai, Pyar Impossible, he failed to impress the audience and decided to leave the industry before the industry throws him out.

3. Esha Deol

Daughter of Dream girl Hema Malini and the most handsome Dharmendra debuted in 2002, with the movie Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche followed by a series of disappointing movies that took her career to dawdling death. She was the one who made washboard ab trend popular in the film fraternity.

4. Mimoh (Mahaakshay) Chakraborty

The son of disco dancer Mithun Chakraborty, had a disastrous debut with the film Jimmy. His acting career took a downhill curve after his debut. He changed his look completely for his next film Haunted 3D but was also a debacle.

5. Fardeen Khan

Son of talented veteran actor Feroz Khan, tried his hand in the Bollywood industry but failed to impress the audience. His debut movie Prem Agan was a flop, he still won the trophy for Filmfare Best Debut Actor Male, but made some disaster choices like Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Acid Factory, Om Jai Jagdish which tumbled his career. In the year 2001, Fardeen was arrested for purchasing cocaine and was released on bail.

6. Sikander Kher

When your parents are as talented and excellent bollywood actors as Anupam and Kirron Kher there is a lot of pressure on your shoulders. Despite born into the house of the versatile actor parents, Sikander, the son of these brilliant actors, botched to win the audience’s heart with his introduction film Woodstock Villa and later he was also seen in the movie ‘Players’ but that couldn’t do any wonder.

7. Soha Ali Khan

Soha Ali, daughter of veteran actress Sharmila Tagore and sister of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and sister in law of super star Kareena Kapoor. Despite delivering super hit like Rang De Basanti, the audience never accepted her as an actress. She has done close to 30 movies, but that didn’t do any wonder in lifting her career.

8. Sanjay Kapoor

Sanjay Kapoor, son of Surinder Kapoor and brother of Boney and Anil Kapoor, who are well known in the film industry, but Sanjay failed to create any magic. His debut film “Prem” in 1995 was a big flop. He has been a part of movies like Raja, Sirf Tum and Auzaar, but couldn’t make an impact.

9. Kumar Gaurav

The son of legendary bollywood actor Rajendra Kumar, Kumar Gaurav’s first movie Love Story was a blockbuster, but he couldn’t knit the magic after, as all other releases were tanked at the box office. The female fan following went gaga over him with his chocolate boy, but now he is only remembered as one movie wonder.

10. Faisal Khan

Faisal Khan, son of Tahir Hussain and brother of brilliant actor Aamir Khan, made his first debut in 2000 from the movie Mela along with his brother, but even that couldn’t change his fate and luck. Later, he was also diagnosed with a mental illness in the year 2007 and he completely vanished from the film industry.

11. Tusshar Kapoor

Son of the good looking veteran actor Jitender, failed to mark his presence in the Bollywood industry. His first movie with Kareena Kapoor, was a mediocre hit, but his other releases couldn’t benefit him.

12. Suneil Anand

The son of evergreen legend and superstar Dev Anand, Suneil Anand’s career was not even tenuously close to take off. He has done 4 movies till date, but it went buried deep inside without even a trace. Sometimes having a father who is the epitome of success, comparison becomes natural, that could be a reason behind his unsuccessful stint.
