6:00 AM: Start your day with lemon water (lukewarm) as you wake up (without sugar/honey)

8:00 AM Breakfast: Sun melon (eat as much as you want) don’t put salt

5:00 PM: Green tea or hot ginger black tea with 5 dates

Dates are a natural source of sugar, they are very nutritious and rich in fiber. They aid in relieving constipation. Consuming dates is very beneficial for brain and heart.

9:00 PM: Green tea with 8 almonds soaked with 2 dates

10:00 PM: 1 glass Luke warm lemon water
