One of the main causes of a cabin crew’s difficult life is this. Their personal lives are disturbed by the constant roster changes.

For instance, if another employee calls in sick or is unable to work, the flight attendant may be given one hour’s warning that they must report to the airline for work. This makes their lives difficult and difficult.
