Why Salman Khan Apologized to Rishi Kapoor while paying a Tribute?

The evergreen heartthrob of the nation “Rishi Kapoor” is no more, the news has appalled millions of his fans and the entire film industry. The actor, who had wooed his way into zillions of hearts with his dazzling debut in ‘Bobby’, 1973 had a splendid career in the Bollywood. He was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and skirmished the ailment for 2 years, passed away on 30^th April 2020 on Thursday morning at 08:45am at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai Several film personalities with whom Rishi Kapoor shared a humble relationship also paid tribute to the well-known actor and mourned his death on social media.

1.Salman Khan asked for an apology while paying homage to Rishi Kapoor

Superstar Salman Khan also paid homage to Rishi Kapoor via twitter. He shared a tweet: “Rest in peace chintu sirrr, kaha suna maaf, strength, peace n light to family n friends”. But why the Dabangg star asked for an apology? The entire world knows that Salman Khan and Rishi Kapoor did not share good equations last several years. There were rumors that Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor (Rishi Kapoor’s son) relationship have got edgy ever since Ranbir started dating Katrina Kaif, Salman’s ex-girlfriend.

2. Rift between “The Bobby star and the Dabangg star”

There was another incident in which Salman Khan was rubbed the wrong way by the legendary actor Rishi Kapoor. Apparently the two actors fell into an argument at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s reception. Kapoor had an unpleasant event with Salman’s sister in law Seema Khan wife of Sohail Khan and when the incident reached Salman Khan the two had got into a dispute. The Kapoor’s and Khan’s have barely been seen together amidst the supposed split.

3. Spat between “Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor”

There was another controversy at the time when Ranbir Kapoor was not an actor. Years ago, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt went to a club for a celebration. Ranbir was also present in the club partying with his friends. Salman and Ranbir had a spat over a matter not known. The brawl went over the head and created a ruckus in the get together.

Salman couldn’t control his anger and in the spit of fury Salman slapped Ranbir and torn his shirt as well. Sanjay Dutt persuaded both of them and sprinkled water on the fire. The incident got blow out of proportion and later Salman’s father Salim Khan apologized on behalf of his son’s behavior. The incident was completely misplaced but soon the episode at Sonam’s reception the past trench revived and stories involving their crack came in the media again.

4. Rishi Kapoor slammed Salman Khan over a rape comment

There was another incident which made Rishi Kapoor furious over a Salman Khans’s comment over rape which he gave while reciting his experience of preparation for his film ‘Sultan’. Rishi Kapoor who would always speak his mind trolled Salman for the controversial comment. He also said that, Salman should ask for a sorry for hurting people’s sentiments unknowingly.

Though now, after the sudden demise of Rishi Kapoor, the Dabangg star has made a peacemaking gesture and apologized for all the disputes in the past and paid him tribute with all his heart. Salman Khan and Rishi Kapoor worked together in David Dhawan’s comedy drama “Yeh Hai Jalwa” in 2002 in which Rishi Kapoor played the role of his father. But by means of his tweets, Salman apologized for every incident in the past.
