Delhi Kanjhawala accident – The nation was outraged by the woman’s horrific death, which occurred on January 1 in Delhi, the capital of India. The early Sunday morning Delhi Kanjhawala accident took the life of a young woman after a grey Baleno hit her scooty and carried her for almost 12 miles.

The woman’s body was being dragged behind the vehicle by the driver and his four pals, according to police. The body is seen underneath the car in several CCTV videos that have surfaced.

The investigation, as per the police, officially began when they got two calls on Sunday morning: one about a woman being pulled by a Maruti Baleno and another about a woman’s body being discovered on a road in north Delhi.

After initiating a hunt, they located the car and captured the suspect. Commissioner Hooda claims that the five accused have been charged with negligent homicide and have intentionally caused death.

The police said that between December 31 and January 1, the accused drove a friend’s car overnight by borrowing it.

They also said that the accused claimed they left quickly after crashing with the scooty and failed to notice that the woman’s body was being dragged after them.

The accused men claim they were unable to hear the victim’s screams because the music in the car was so loud. As per reports, the males were also drunk.

The woman’s body was seen to be stuck below the left front wheel, and blood was found on numerous parts of the car, as per initial forensic findings. She was killed after being pulled by a car. On Wednesday, a team led by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Harendra Kumar Singh and made up of four people from the Rohini Forensic Science Laboratory reexamined the accident-related car and also reconstructed the crime scene.

Delhi Kanjhawala accident – A post-mortem report states that the girl was not raped.

The postmortem report of the girl who died in the incident on Sunday night did not contain any evidence of rape. According to a Delhi Police source, Maulana Azad Medical College did the postmortem on the dead girl. As per reports, shock and hemorrhages in the skull, spine, left femur, and both lower limbs were the probable causes of death. The car hitting and dragging was probably what led to the death. There is also no evidence of rape.

The terrifying Delhi Kanjhawala accident was described by a witness.

The terrible incident that led to the death of a 20-year-old girl in the Delhi Kanjhawala accident on Sunday was told by an eyewitness. On Kanjhawala Road, in the village of Ladpur, Deepak Dahiya runs a candy store. As per him, the accused continued to drag the girl’s body, which was entangled with their car, for an additional 18 to 20 km and for almost one and a half hours.

“It was 3:20 a.m. I had just left the store when I heard a loud bang coming from a car around 100 metres away. I initially thought it was a blown tire. As soon as the car began to move, I saw a body being dragged. Dahiya said to ANI “I called the cops right away”.

Around 3:30 a.m., he claimed, the car eventually did a U-turn with the woman’s lifeless corpse lying below. As per Dahiya, the accused also frequently made U-turns on a route that was around 4-5 km long.

They just kept going despite my repeated attempts to stop them. They took around an hour and a half to travel up to 20 kms with the girl’s body, as per him. According to Dahiya, he also pursued the car on his bike while speaking to the police.

As per him, the accused allegedly left when the body was found around an hour and a half later near the village of Jyoti on the Kanjhawala Road. Dahiya remarked that it “could not just be an accident.”
