Ankit Gupta says his eviction was unfair, Tina should have gone instead

Apparently, in a shocking turn of events, Ankit Gupta has been evicted from the Bigg Boss 16 house.

Bigg Boss 16 contestant Priyanka Chahar Choudhary gave up Rs. 25 lakhs of prize money to keep her close friend Ankit Gupta from being evicted a couple of days ago, but it now seems that her efforts were futile.

Ankit Gupta, a TV star, is the most recent contestant to be booted off of Bigg Boss 16, a controversial reality show. Although the actor did not receive the fewest votes, his competitors led him to the exit door for the competition. Ankit regrets having to leave the show and believes he could have easily lasted another 3–4 weeks inside the Bigg Boss house.

Ankit was forced out when Bigg Boss asked the housemates to choose the nominee who had made the least contribution to the show in the previous 24 hours out of Ankit, Sreejita De, Vikkas Manaktala, and Tina Datta. 7 people—including Archana Gautam, Shiv Thakare, and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia—victoriously evicted Ankit from the show.

Ankit after his eviction said, that Tina should have been let go by the housemates instead of me, in my opinion.

I think Tina ought to have been fired instead of me. She does not add anything to the show as per Ankit on Bigg Buzz. He also says, Tina does not play openly or strongly. Shalin is usually “misjudged” on the show, as per Ankit, who also praised Bhanot for being a good man.

Ankit’s eviction surprised Priyanka Chahar Choudhary; she initially remained composed but sobbed during a private moment with her former co-star. Priyanka also told him that she had not anticipated this and suggested him to speak with the makers of Bigg Boss 16. Ankit pushed her to remain resolute in response.

Ankit Gupta further stated that because the contestants on Bigg Boss usually act in ways that are “for the cameras,” they are not the same in real life. “I do not repent appearing in the show. In fact, I have learned a few things about people, their nature, and the lengths to which they will go to serve their own agendas. Another thing I have seen is that people are not the same in real life, and they could respond differently because of the cameras than they do at home. In an effort to undermine one another, fights frequently occur at home, he continued.

The eviction was characterized as unjust by Ankit Gupta. He says I do not think it was fair, because the prior evictions were on the basis of public votes.  He was the target of the mandali for a long time before they decided to evict him this time. I would have stayed inside the house if it had been up to the audience, Ankit added. He was perplexed as to why the Bigg Boss has altered the rules this time.

Priyanka Choudhary is being targeted in order to weaken her.

“They do so because they are aware of Priyanka’s stronger competitive skills and likelihood of winning the match. As a result, the “mandali” is terrified of her, and four to five members of the “mandali” want Shiv Thakare to win. The eviction announcement has devastated fans, who are now trending on Twitter with the hashtag “No Ankit, No BIGG BOSS” to voice their support for the Udaariyaan actor. Fans are criticizing the producers for reportedly preparing Ankit’s eviction by using the housemates’ votes rather than audience ballots. Fans claim that this is unfair.

Another one tweeted that, Ankit gives his best in all the task. Ankit always provided rational responses to questions. He returned it to everyone in a brutal manner. Ankit is in the best shape. He is adored by the audience. But you kicked him out, why? NO ANKIT GUPTA, NO BIGG BOSS.
