Real-life scuffles amongst Bollywood actors is very common, personal equation in the tinsel town is highly unreliable. Bollywood is a gigantic industry, with hundreds of movies being released each year, it is not exceptional for movie stars blow things out of proportion and have shunned major roles because of personal differences. Many efforts have been made to resolve the matter, by producers and directors but all failed, sometimes the reason can be a personal issue or way too bogus or they want to stay away from controversies, but this has debauched the Bollywood.
Once you break into this mammoth in an industry, that wipes out vision and dreams every single day, there is a plenty of work for those who are in the top rank. Although many of the stars chose to bury their past beneath the carpet and agreed to work together due to professional commitments, but there are few who gave priority to their ongoing conflict and refuse to share screen space with co-actors. Being demanding about their look in the movie or role is not an unusual thing, we all have our personal likings or disliking, but few superstars downright refused to do a movie because of mutual clashes or maybe they didn’t like the co-actor.

Salman Khan – Aishwarya Rai
Aishwarya Rai was supposed to play the role of Mastani in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s iconic movie, Bajirao Mastani. However, Ms. World walked out of the role as soon as she heard that, high chances Salman Khan will also be part of the movie as Bajirao. This is quite obvious as Salman and Aishwarya unpleasant breakup was in a lot of limelight.
Kareena Kapoor – Emran Hashmi
Kareena Kapoor is known for her creative acting style. She said in an interview, that she would only work with A – Listed celebs. Hence, she refused “Badtameez Dil”, when she learnt Emran Hashmi can be a part of the project.
Ranbir Kapoor – Sonakshi Sinha
Ranbir was offered a romantic comedy opposite Sonakshi Sinha. But, he was in no mood to work with her, as he felt Sonakshi looks older than him. This was perceived as the most politically indecent statement to be made by a Bollywood celebrity. Later Ranbir left the project, as the producer wanted to sign Sonakshi only.
Aishwarya Rai – Emran Hashmi
Remember, the episode of Koffee with Karan, where Emran Hashmi addressed Aishwarya Rai as “plastic” while sitting on that notorious couch. She could never forget the disgrace and decided to walk out of the movie Baadshaho, when she got to know of a source, that Emraan Hashmi has replaced Diljit Dosanjh.
Katrina Kaif – Aditya Roy Kapoor
Katrina refused to work with Aditya Roy Kapoor despite having cordial relationship. The reason being after Fitoor flopped, in which she starred opposite him, she didn’t want her film career to nosedive. Katrina was apprehensive about their onscreen chemistry too.
Amitabh Bachchan – Kareena Kapoor
Sanjay Leela Bhansali always wanted to cast Kareena Kapoor in the movie Black, but “The Shahenshah” refused to do the movie, if she would be roped in, as Bachchan’s and Kapoor share a hostile relationship ever since Abhishek’s engagement ended with Karisma Kapoor.
Ranveer Singh and Katrina Kaif
The director of Baar Dekho, Nitya Mehra wanted to cast Ranveer and Katrina in the movie together. But Ranveer declined the project because of Katrina, as she and her lady love Deepika shares an unfriendly and strained relationship and he didn’t want to upset her girlfriend Deepika Padukone. The two leading ladies couldn’t patch up ever since Ranbir was caught cheating on Deepika with Katrina, there is a lot of bad blood emerged between both of them.
